Just to be sure, this is Article is about the Salsa Leedos Mexican Grill in Riverton Utah. And this place is Absolutely Delicious. And before I get into this, let’s say I am a little more than just a random guy reviewing this place. The owners are Incredible and Generous People in all things. And I went to school (for years mind you) as I too grew up in Riverton. Same Grade as Travis Bonino. I’ll link you to his Entrepreneur Page on Facebook. Heck, if you own a business, you should watch how he does things. Class Act all the way.
I have watched him and his WIFE with Passion build up from nothing an Incredible, and absolutely delicious Mexican Restaurant. Witnessing them first hand in helping be a huge part of the Community, giving back and doing things when times were tough better than anyone else in the area. And this is all the time mind you. Not just throughout the entire Covid Nightmare, but all the time.
Now… when it comes to their Restaurant, WOW! If anyone gives it less than 5 Stars, they must be having a bad day personally and wanting to take out some anger. However I get the Bad “Ex-Employee” stabs that occur, and often in Google Reviews.
I get them too. Ex Employees, or Ex Clients, are Exes because it doesn’t work. And to make a fake review, well that is purely wrong. We all know it. And we need to be sure to deal with that energy appropriately.
Ex Employee that Should be Spoken Too About This By Anyone Looking to Hire Them:
Alba N. Alay. This one is posted here, as It may have been removed. Frankly this needs to be seen and known by anyone that is looking to hire Alba. There was a rash of BAD Reviews that followed. Now when a place like this is “SPAMMED” with bad reviews, and outlandish ones following an Ex-Employee, it is no coincidence. And the others need to be known. They are willing to Lie for a Friend or Family Member, ok. But at the expense and harm to a Great Business and Great People Behind it. Do Better.
Further Reviews that Followed. “Alledged by Me” That they were put up to it in support of Alba N. Alay. So it would be a good thing to consider that not only will Alba do this to your Business, but that Alba will have others do it as well. They need to be educated on Truth and Lies, and the consequences of being a Bad Actor in the role of Reviews and Integrity.
James Broadway (Click to see their Reviews Here). I know from absolute people that work there, that they are not a typical Mexican Restaurant with kitchen cleanliness. Want to know how a restaurant is, ask their plumber. They know… believe you me. THEY KNOW. And when their plumber says they don’t even get dust on their backs from working in the kitchen, that says it all. But hey, we get it. You want to be part of the retribution for someone getting let go because they were clearly not a fit. Well you proved Salsa Leedos right. They were not a fit, nor are the people they associate with. No one deserves this reaction to being let go from a Place they clearly didn’t respect while they worked there. And that is saying a lot. May they find their rightful place in their work direction in the future. And thanks for letting us know your integrity factor as a human. You will lie. Says it all. Again. No rating system for Google for you, but we can put it in PRINT and make it searchable.
Dennise Nava (Click to See Her Reviews Here). I have to add to this. Not like she is active, but she turned up for this. She really goes for the race card. And that is horrible. But Panda Express is a 5 Star for her. Her reviews are interesting, and she seems to have a sad life and probably shouldn’t eat out much. But that’s my opinion. She seems very unhappy, except for Panda Express, and they probably gave her free stuff for a 5 Star Review. That’s how many play it. But for her to be against Salsa Leedos for Mexican Food, and then a 5 Star for Panda Express? Get with your beliefs. You are either for something or against it. Anyway, Dennise is clearly a believer of her Reviews Matter. So Employers, know she is part of this. And don’t get her started on the Mexican Rights here. She wants to bash Salsa Leedos? She is absolutely on the Wrong side of history here. And they responded in an amazing and True Manner to whom they are.
Sam T.R. (Click to see His Reviews Here). You’ll be seeing the pattern. These all came within hours of the Ex-Employee posting. Nothing but great reviews, then these. And this is how they do it. “They’ll Show You”. Well they need to be looked at by Google and maybe banned from Reviews. This is not honesty, this is absolute Liable. They are hurting a great establishment. And should be held accountable for it. I trust these will be removed by Google’s Process for the falsehoods they are. But here forever. Because this needs to be known. This is horrible behavior.
Kimberly Pavon (Click to see Her Reviews Here). Yes, more of the same. And yet another person willing to “Speak a Lie for a Friend”. I notices she gives 5 Starts, but the exception was Salsa Leedos (today) and then Cafe Rio. And I have to admit, that one was fishy to me as well. Maybe there is a correlation here, friends getting fired from Mexican Restaurants. And then bad reviews in retaliation? Alleging.
carolina (Click to see Her Reviews Here). Well this is awesome. Don’t think she even knows what food they serve at Salsa Leedos. But ok. She went for Chicken Tenders at a Mexican Restaurant? And she has been here, according to her review several times. All for Chicken Tenders? Several Times? And they were so good she kept going back? No Reviews there for any, but now, a 1 STAR? I’m just so curious. I have never seen Chicken Tenders on the Menu there, and now I want to find out if there is some hidden menu that I do not know about. That is what I need to find out. WHAT? Ok, seriously. This carolina is in on the “Fake Reviews” for a Friend that was canned. We got it.
Future Employers, the following need to be really considered. Should these people not work out for you, they will make up fake reviews. As seen by their actions with Salsa Leedos Mexican Grill in Riverton Utah. You are being forwarned of their Character. If they are willing to do this to Travis, well they’ll do it to you, and probably worse. Actions Speak Loud.
There is not necessarily a Google Review for Individuals, but there should be. For ethics and being good people, they would not be a 5 Star, not by 5 Stars even. We do not need people acting this way, and they need to be shown love, education and what it means to be a Good Part of Society. Lies are never a good path to go.
Also, if you are ever in the Riverton Area, you want to go to Salsa Leedos Mexican Grill in Riverton Utah. And then give them the well deserved 5 Star Review in excellence. Because this is an absolute Amazing Restaurant in all things. From the moment you enter into the Restaurant, the Drinks, The Food, the Care. All of it. Frankly, if anyone becomes an Ex-Employee its 100% because they are not living up to the 5 Star Value.
And that is all that matters to the Society we are in. Do Better. Be Better. And when its not your Best, you can learn by being fired, and hopefully rehired somewhere where you can Decide to Be Better. Meanwhile… Employers beware, and be sure to address the issues should you consider hiring someone that is believing that when they failed their Employers (for whatever reason) they can attack the very Business that believed in them once. Make sure they know that is not how things are done. Please for the growth and betterment of us all.

My Google Reviews. CLICK and GO to them here. You’ll see I have given this place a 5 Star years ago. I have eaten there for years. And while I’m rarely in Utah, when I go to Utah, this is a Top 5 Place I go back too. And sometimes its back to back days. Need to get a huge fill. They have some of the most incredible dishes. Amazing Mexican, and anyone in Utah that hasn’t been, is missing out. Period. I can tell you this. We LOVE this place. And while we are travelling (nonstop) in our Lives, and not in Utah much, we talk about this place all the time. It is amazing, and damn I wish there was more of them… Franchise it please! LOL.
Statement of Integrity: This is not a PAID ENDORSEMENT or PAID “Reputation Clean Up Job”. Salsa Leedos needs none of that. These are the Great Guys that we all want in our Communities. And when you see these things happening to the “Great Guys”, well you speak up. THAT is what I am doing. SPEAKING UP. And for those that want to use their Review Powers to do Harm, well you are noted here forever-more. And may you see this and Do Better, Be Better.
