SATURDAY TRAINING: CRUCIAL for learning, and getting better at the very process that is the ACTION STEPS for Completing your Goals!
YOUR NEEDS FOR THIS:
- You will need to have TEMPLATES of all the EMAILS we use. So you can efficiently follow the VMarketing as Explained here. Including INITIAL CONTACT EMAIL #1 & INITIAL CONTACT EMAIL #2 that you will have access to in the Google Docs that your Team Member and/or Team Leader have set you up with in accordance to the Training on Activate Your Tools and Paid Marketing Access with the Legacy Income System™. And the Customized Email #1, and Customized Email #2 that are outlined for you below in the “Here is the Full “Legacy Income System™” Process Spelled Out”.
- You Should Have Your Google Doc Folder Created with both of the following Documents (Customized For Your Use). SMS/Texts and Emails for the Vmarketing in The Legacy Income System™ and *LIS BRT SCRIPT. These are the Details to doing VMarketing and the Script to doing the BRT. This is a Guideline and we will work with you to refine it for “YOU”. It gets easier with each “Go of it!”. This is the skillset that allows us to duplicate incredible Success.
- TEMPLATES for the EMAILS are located in your Google Docs Folder “Your Name VMarketing” that is created for you when you completed the Activate Your Tools and Paid Marketing Access with the Legacy Income System™. (If you have done this – then you will be receiving them if you do not have them already).
- You need to have a FOLDER on your COMPUTER with the Ebook for Marketing Is Freedom. So you can easily attach it to the Email Part of the Contact Process with your LIS Leads. This should be sent to you already by your Team Member and/or Team Leader. Or you can request this on the Saturday Training Webinar should you not receive it or not have it already from receiving it as you came into The Legacy Income System™.
- A Positive Attitude. This is Awesome Once you get the hang of it. And being uncomfortable allows you to find Comfort in the Success it Creates. DO NOT HESITATE to discuss anything with your Team Leader. You should be connected to them. It may be your Team Member that brought you on, or as you get connected. - BRT (Build Relationship and Trust) Training. This is done on the Monday Night Training Zooms. And you can access more on this on our BRT TRAINING PAGE here.
- ACCESS to the CRM. You will be set up with this by your Leader and/or LIS Admin. If you are not set up for this yet, be sure to attend the Saturday Training. One of the LIS Leaders will Happily get you access! This is where you have unlimited LEAD ACCESS to build your TEAMS!
- SMS/CALL System that works from the RRR247CRM. You will receive access details for this in your Activation Email after you are Set Up with the CRM.
Here is the Full “Legacy Income System™” Process Spelled Out:
All of the Training is about Teaching the “Art of the BRT”. This is where you are able to Build Relationship & Trust with People Just Like Us that want a Better Way. That Deserve a Better Way. And we get to show them the Vehicle of Velovita® combined with Proper VMarketing Strategies and Techniques to Allow Success for all that Follow the System and Refuse to Quit.
This is for use after you have Activated your PBS Vortex Account. This is done with your Welcome Email you Receive with the Subject of “Welcome to the Legacy Income System™”. Item #4 Specifically has the LINK to Enroll into this Service. This allows you to work the leads with SMS/Calls.
- A: Get them on the Phone using the SMS/TEXT System and Messages. Emailing them with Rory Ricord’s Book “Marketing Is Freedom”. And Calling Them. This is Taught on our Saturday Training Times. As well as provided through your Teams as Needed.
- THEN FOLLOWING THE SMS GUIDELINES. Using the RRR247CRM.COM/ADMIN and your Staff Account with the PBS Work no more than 100 at a time. Going through TEXT 1, Calling them, Sending Text 2, Sending Email. And Calling them 2nd time. Then take more leads. If you are only working 10, 15, 25, 50 or so. Same rules apply.
- Then We Send Emails accordingly. Either “I am your Specialist.” and/or “AUDIOBOOK MarketingIsFreedom.com” emails. We send out the “I am your Specialist.” email when attempting to contact them. When we communicate with them, we then send the “AUDIOBOOK MarketingIsFreedom.com”. We attach the Ebook “Marketing Is Freedom” to them both. This is done when we are into the BRT (Beginning of) Process with them on the Phone. Making Sure they have it. They will be asked to Read/Listen to “Marketing Is Freedom” for Homework and Understanding for how we Market and as a User Guide for working with us.
- B: Conduct the BRT (When you get them on the Phone). Getting to know them and getting them to know and feel a Relationship and Trust with you. Be sure to spend all the time necessary in this process. Do it right the first time. Learn from it and get better. This is the MAIN Skillset for Success.
- C: Get them entered into your Velovita® Account as an Affiliate. Get them to give you the CODE from SMS Verification. Then send them to https://legacyincomesystem.com with the Password of: freedom / with the understanding they are watching a 1 hour 8 minutes and 15 seconds Video. This is going to allow them to understand how the Business Model works. There is a PART 2 which explains the Actual Business Vehicle, and after they watch that, they are to Call You / Text You for Training. Be Sure to Add Their Username and Password to the Customized Email.
- D: Send them “Your Access Information For Legacy Income System™” (Located in your Google Doc Folder that was Set Up during your LIS Activation Process). This is what guides them into the Legacy Income System™. Where the Marketing is Done For You; Allowing the Sales to become “Order Taking”. Make sure you add their USERNAME and PASSWORD as you set up their Velovita® Affiliate Account with is put into the “Your Access Information For Legacy Income System™” Email before you send it to them. Also make sure you add this into their “NOTES” in their Account within the RRR247CRM.COM/ADMIN.
- E: Add them to your Calendar “In Google Calendar” for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays. Same Schedule as Above. Add them to your Calendared Event that you have in your Google Calendar.
- F: Make Sure they have Received the “Your Access Information For Legacy Income System™”. It may be in SPAM. Be sure they get it.
- NOTE: If it seems difficult, have them email you, and then reply to their email with the “Your Access Information For Legacy Income System™” Email from your Template. Make sure they know where their Username and Password you set them up with are located within the Email.
- G: Have them follow the “Your Access Information For Legacy Income System™” going to the “Getting Started” on legacyincomesytem.com. Make sure they get in, and then have them call you as soon as they complete Part 2.
- H: Then After They Call You/Text You from their time in the Presentation; Send them “We are Truly Blessed to have the Legacy Income System™”. Then it is a matter of the System and their Desire to come in. If they show up, so do we! And we build.
- I: Add them to your WhatsApp individually. This is how they can communicate with you ongoing. And add them to your Team “Group” in WhatsApp. If you do not have one, create one. You want one place to remind them of Training times and the Celebrate the Wins.
- J: Make Sure They Attend the Training. And be sure to support them in learning everything here on The Legacy Income System™. Look for them on the Zooms. They will be asked to shout out where they are coming in from. And be sure to interact as you can. The ENERGY is awesome that way.
- K: Add them to your GROUP WhatsApp as you get your “Paces and Pipeline” going with the VMarketing. Suggest 1 Group for your LEFT TEAM, and 1 Group for your RIGHT TEAM. This way as someone Joins in – you can Celebrate with the TEAM! And it lets them know you are building with and for them.
