Wilson Nicolas in Philippines is an Absolute Bad Person to Work With. I am putting this out for anyone to look up and know. We understand what it takes to build a business. And we love opening up the opportunity to help everyone around the Globe. But when they are “Bad Characters” they do not belong in an online environment when their ethics are horrible. And we all need to communicate this. We hired him through onlinejobs.ph.
When it comes to Wilson Nicolas out of the Philippines I want to be sure to let everyone know that he is an Evil and Bad Character. I will openly tell anyone that he is not honest. And he is willing to Extort anyone that does not like to pay him for not doing the agreed work.
We worked with him for almost 4 weeks.
He did not work the agreed hours. And did not follow the training. We exhausted chances. He lied about hours, our logs showed that he did far less than 10% of the agreed hours of work.
He did not start immediately as promised. He went through training, and then did less than 10 hours the initial week. After the 2nd week and less than 18 hours (total) far less than the 80 we should have been at, we trained one more time reviewing it all and allowing for another week. After 3rd Week of utter failure we had to close it off. He had worked another 15 hours (not 40) and had promised results. These were all false and made up. So we terminated. He went instantly to extortion after doing damages to our Accounts.
This was a Bad Experience all around. And probably will affect us working with anyone from the Philippines in the Future.
Upon Termination Wilson Nicolas in Philippines Tried to Get Payment for Work He did NOT DO, he access using stolen access points and worked havoc into our CRM. He then went to extortion demanding a high price to not attack our reputation and to destroy things.
We Will Be Just Fine. Though the Damages he has created are into the $Thousands and Counting. Not to mention the damages of Reputation that he has threatened. We are on alert and will be dealing with things to the best of legal abilities and reach.
WARNING TO ANYONE working with anyone REMOTELY from Philippines
Do not GIVE them any ACCESS that can be used against you. This is something you should heavily look into. Apparently our level of distrust is to avoid them all together now. We have never had an issue with being in business since 2008 with anyone else. Trust is established, people treated right, and you trust the vetting of the Service you go through.
ID, and Background Checks are done. Though the devious hide behind curtains until they don’t. We know that Wilson Nicolas is working with another. Upon termination, and as he informed us brought in a “Friend” to help ruin us and do damages. This was instantly after we stopped working with him for not performing the time and tasks.
NOTE: onlinejobs.ph is a connecting service. And they need to be aware and terminate anyone that is doing such inappropriate and illegal actions. Bad Workers are one thing. Extortion and Extortionists are not needed in a Great World.

These are strong suggestions. Though realize their intent and their moral code will appear regardless. And especially if they show a lack of work ethic. If they are Evil and Bad Character individuals make sure you have not exposed them to anything they can harm you with. Because they may.
- Get Their Social Media Profiles: For Instance, you can see Wilson Nicolas’ Facebook Profile here. Until he changes it I assume. He blocked us immediately upon doing his acts of “Terrorism and Extortion”. However there is always a path to what is there and was there.
- RED FLAG: We should have realized that he had very little on his Profile and Details About Himself. It should always be known that if they hide who they are, and their true backgrounds there may be a concern. ALWAYS Check This. If they are not listing a life, they are hiding things (in what sadly is our assumption now).
- Interview and Ask More Questions: What they do as hobbies, their family size and what they do. References. Know Your Customer, KYC is there for reasons. And we need to utilize the same with anyone we work with remotely. Especially if you are having them work with your business.
Why You Should Always Post Details about Bad Characters:
- In Todays’ Online World there are many places a person can post their grievances and cause issues for your reputation. So when you chart it and put it in writing you have something to use to get their items removed from such places. Wilson Nicolas has shown us in screen shots of the places he will ruin our reputation with false statements. We have this proof and will use it to protect ourselves.
- Sadly, many sites are not regulated and will post anything. There is always great advantages to know the reputation of others. Our Word is our Bond. And liars, thieves, extortionists in our Digital Age need to be held responsible and held to the law.
- Wilson Nicolas is an example of a Bad Character and not a reflection of all of the Philippines. Though it is a representation of his Countrymen and what is capable of them. And as I have already found, we are not alone.

I have dealt with dishonest Customers plenty. And their should be a credit rating system for us all. As we deal and work with others. In the age of the Blockchain I am trusting there are solutions in the future.
As in dealing with Wilson Nicolas; He has made incredible statements to our Character as Individuals and to our Organization. He has threatened some serious things to what he will do. We are taking it seriously
